How to measure foot length

Step 1:
Place your heel against a wall and position a ruler alongside your foot, touching the wall.

Step 2:
Measure from the tip of your longest toe to your heel in centimeters and find your size in our size guide.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. If one foot is longer than the other, use the measurement of the larger foot for the best fit.

Fit Flops:
The footbed should be longer than the foot itself, with approximately 0.5 cm of extra space at both the front and the heel to help protect the foot from impact.

For size 37, the foot length is 24 cm.

How to return:

Fill out the return form included in your order when you received it.
Pack the items you wish to return securely and include the filled out return form inside the package with the products you're returning.
Attach the included prepaid shipping label visibly on the outside of the package. (If there's an old label on the package you must cover this so it's not visible)
Get a receipt when you drop off the package. (This is your proof of return if a package gets lost during shipping.)

When your return package has been received and handled, the return fee of €7 will be deducted and the remaining amount of your order will be refunded to the same method of payment as you purchased your order with. The entire process takes 5-10 business days.

Please note that you can only return your order from the Country your order was originally delivered to.
